As we got closer to the end of 2023 we started thinking, “OK, so who’s throwing the end-of-year party for small biz owners, solopreneurs, and founders?” No one, apparently. So we scratched the rest of Female Founder World’s Q4 plans to host the best, biggest, most inspiring, helpful, fun day for our Business Besties in Brooklyn. And here we are.
Meet: Female Founder World Summit, the ultimate end-of-year party for people who don’t usually get an end-of-year party.
This is part conference, part party. You’ll hear talks from Allison Ellsworth (Poppi), Julie Rice (SoulCycle and Peoplehood), Rooshy Roy (AAVRANI), Adriana Carrig (Little Words Project), Daniela Pierson (The Newsette), Madison Utendahl (Utendahl Creative), and more wildly inspiring speakers. We’ll have a DJ. There will be a Nomadica wine bar, a relaxation station by WTHN, brand activations, packed gift bags and ✨vibes✨. We’ve never held an event that didn’t sell out: you know what to do.
TICKETS ($110) INCLUDE:
A seat to keynote conversations and panels with exceptional founders building the brands that live on your vision board!
Complimentary drinks and light snacks.
A gift bag packed with all the best stuff from our community worth over $100. 👀
All-access pass to our first annual Summit in the most gorgeous warehouse with views of Manhattan and the statue of liberty and a room filled with your future Business Besties.
WHY YOU NEED TO BE THERE:
IRL connections are powerful and “BUILD YOUR NETWORK” is the #1 piece of advice we get as entrepreneurs/aspiring entrepreneurs. Get offline and meet your future Business Besties in the approachable, inclusive and fun environment we co-created with the small biz community.
We pick speakers based on three things: they can tell a great story; they’re building amazing businesses; and they do NOT gatekeep. These keynotes and panel conversations will be better than anything you could learn in business school.
Vibes! A DJ! THE VENUE! Gift bags! Giveaways! We have a good time.

Allison Ellsworth is the founder of one of the fastest growing beverage businesses in the US, Poppi. What started in her kitchen now has over a billion TikTok views, Allison knows how to get attention for your biz online.
Rooshy Roy used her business school tuition to start AAVRANI, an Ayurvedic beauty brand that’s launching into Sephora next year.
Daniella Pierson is the brilliant mind behind The Newsette, the newsletter turned women’s media company. She launched the business in college and built it into a $200 million media brand.
Adriana Carrig started beading bracelets with positive affirmations in college. She used $5,000 of her savings to turn it into Little Words Project, a jewelry company that now has six flagship locations, a Barbie collab, and is stocked in Target. Without any outside investors, Adriana hit $20 million in annual revenue. She’s a guru on bootstrapping, collabs, and blending profits and purpose.
Julie Rice is the all-star co-founder of SoulCycle, the iconic cycle studio. In about 5 years of building, Julie sold her shares to Equinox for a nearly $90 million. Since then, Julie started Peoplehood, a wellness club, with her original SoulCycle co-founder. Julie’s taking the stage with a keynote conversation you’re going to love.
Diarrha N'Diaye-Mbaye is the founder of Ami Colé. The ex Glossier and L'Oreal marketer is building a beauty brand celebrating melanin-rich skin that’s been featured in Oprah’s Favorite Things and is stocked in Sephora.
Ariana Ferwerda is the co-founder and CEO of Halfdays, a women’s outdoor apparel brand taking on the boring, not-cute, kinda expensive traditional outdoor industry. Her brand is approachable, inclusive, fun—and this approach is working. She’s also a Forbes 30 under 30 alum.
Through the height of the pandemic Rachel Liverman did the impossible. She launched and scaled her brick and mortar business, a clinical 30 minute facial bar, Glowbar, across New York and beyond. Since launching in 2019 Rachel has raised $10M, launched 10 Glowbar locations, and now employs over 150 people, including a huge team of aestheticians.
Mayssa Chehata’s resume is that girl. She grew her career at brands like Uber, NFL and Daily Harvest before launching the better for you candy brand, Behave. In the few years since their launch, they’ve become a staple at retailers like Foxtrot and Erewhon, and are huge online.
Larissa May is a digital well-being pioneer and the founder of #HalfTheStory, the first non-profit dedicated to empowering the next generation’s healthy relationship with social media. As the first youth-led nonprofit of its kind, #HalfTheStory is a multifaceted institution focused on educating, advocating and mitigating the harms associated with social media and tech use.
Madison Utendahl is an award-winning marketer and founder. She’s the founder of Utendahl Creative, an incredible creative studio, and those awards? Madison is a Forbes 30 Under 30 recipient, an AdWeek Creative 100 recipient, and a 2x Webby Award winner.
